Exchanges policy
All exchanges must be addressed within 7 days of receiving products. In order to make an exchange, all GHD Hair Straighteners must be in original, unworn, dead stock condition, with original packing or you will not qualify for an exchange. Free Exchanges can only be made if the products were factory defects and/or it was under our mistake.
You should bear the shipping fee to resend the packet if customer chose wrong color/wrong styler/customer decides no longer wants.
We will exchange if we sent incorrect products or products are factory defective. A 15% Restocking Fee MAY Be Applied To Exchanges Depending On Each Circumstance,Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. It May Be Waived Depending On The Circumstance Of The Order.
Returns Policy
1. we are committed to your complete satisfaction. You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition.I.E not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
2. If returning items for a refund, all returned items are subjet to a 15% returning fee, Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
3. We don’t cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs, Additionally,we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection.as we can`t be responsible for lost shipments.
Return and partial refund
Our website cannot give a full refund for non-quality problems such as:
“The product does not look like the ones in your picture.”
“The product is not what I'd imagine it to be.
“I am not satisfied with this product.”
“I didn't realize before placing order that the items you sell are superior replica ones.”
In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you request returning the purchased items because of the reasons above, you need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back intactly, besides the shipping fees, we will also deduct a certain amount of handling fee based on your order total amount and give you a partial refund.
Return and full refund
In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products with quality problems, it can be returned and refunded. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will give you a full refund of the purchased item (shipping fee not included).
